This disclosure is prepared pursuant to KVKK Article 10 (Data Controller's Obligation to Inform). Personal data are processed in line with attorney-client confidentiality under the Turkish Attorney Law (No. 1136). With regard to offences related to personal data, Turkish Criminal Code (TCK) Articles 135–140 apply; for data processing in investigations and proceedings, the Code of Criminal Procedure (CMK) and KVKK Article 28 apply.

Your personal data are processed for: provision of legal consultancy and advocacy services, management of client relations, handling contact requests via the website, execution of powers of attorney and contracts, document retention under Attorney Law Art. 39 after termination of representation, financial and accounting operations, fulfilment of legal obligations, and our legitimate interests.

Technical cookies for website visitors may be processed under KVKK Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest) for session continuity.

Under KVKK Art. 5, your data are processed based on your consent, performance of a contract (5/2-c), compliance with legal obligations (5/2-ç), establishment or protection of a right (5/2-e), and our legitimate interests (5/2-f). Special categories of data are processed only under KVKK Art. 6/3, with consent or as permitted by law.

6. Collection Methods and Transfer

Personal data are collected via electronic forms, email, phone, in-person applications, powers of attorney and contracts. Under KVKK Art. 8, data may be transferred to courts, public prosecutor's offices, enforcement offices, banks, tax advisors and other authorised bodies, and to the opposing party and counsel for the conduct of legal matters.

Transfer of personal data abroad is subject to KVKK Art. 9 (Board adequacy decision or data subject consent).

7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to: learn whether your data are processed; request information if processed; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know third parties to whom data are transferred; request rectification of incomplete or incorrect data; request erasure or destruction under Art. 7; request that rectification/erasure be notified to third parties; object to automated processing that produces adverse effects; and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

You may submit requests in writing, by Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) or by other means determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Requests shall be answered free of charge within 30 days (KVKK Art. 13). You may also lodge a complaint with the Board (KVKK Art. 14).
